Return and Refund Policy

At MOOR, we are committed to providing quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 

Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

You have 10 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain items are non-returnable, including downloadable software products, and items marked as “final sale.”

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@moor-audio.comOnce your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to ship the product. 

You are responsible for covering shipping costs for returning the item unless the product is defective, or we made an error in your order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as MOOR is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for a refund.

Returns requested after 10 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we are happy to replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item to request an exchange.
